Return Policy
At ShopSX, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand our process.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return an item if:
✔ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return request is made within 7-14 days of receiving the order.
✔ The product is not a non-returnable item (see Section 2).
Note: The product must include all original tags, labels, accessories, and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
🚫 Personal care products (e.g., perfumes, skincare, or cosmetics)
🚫 Undergarments and lingerie
🚫 Customized or personalized items
🚫 Clearance or final sale items
🚫 Electronic items that have been opened or used
For hygiene and safety reasons, these products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us – Email our support team at info@shopsx.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Receive Approval – We will review your request and provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – Send the item back to our return address using a trackable shipping method.
4️⃣ Inspection & Approval – Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
🚛 Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
✔ Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
✔ Processing time: 5-10 business days after return approval.
✔ Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Partial Refunds: If an item is not in its original condition, missing parts, or returned after the return window, a partial refund may be issued.
5. Exchange Policy
Need a different size, color, or item? We offer free exchanges for eligible products. Simply follow the return process and let us know the replacement you’d like.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
✔ Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
✔ Provide clear photos/videos of the issue.
✔ We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
✔ Check your bank account again.
✔ Contact your payment provider (banks may take time to process refunds).
